NilPilot provides tools for organizing NIL opportunities, documents, deliverables, communications, and related workspace information. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued.

Information and AI-assisted outputs are general and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important decisions with qualified professionals who understand your circumstances.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. You retain responsibility for the content you enter and for obtaining the permissions needed to use it.

You grant NilPilot the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display your content to provide the service.

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use NilPilot to violate applicable law, team rules, school policies, or contractual obligations.

NilPilot is a workflow and document organization product, not a substitute for professional advice.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, legal sufficiency, or automatic compliance.

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or business changes. We may suspend or terminate access for security, misuse, non-payment, or other legitimate operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
